Cinch-LOC front view

The Cinch-Loc LSO provides constant lumbar and abdominal support and protection for the healing back. Rigid anterior and posterior panels work together to stabilize the lumbar sacral region. The hydrostatic lift reduces the load on the lumbar discs and often provides immediate pain relief.

INDICATED FOR:
  • Chronic Back Pain
  • Chronic Lumbar Instability
  • Herniated Lumbar Disc
  • Degenerative Disc Disease
  • Spondylosis
  • Spinal Stenosis
  • Post-Operative Rehabilitation (Flat Back)

RIGID POSTERIOR PANEL
(Indented or Flat Versions)
The interior rigid posterior panel is fabric covered and comfortably stabilizes the lumbar sacral region.

THE INDENTED BACK VERSION
Provides superior pain relief for patients with conditions such as chronic pain, herniated lumbar disc and degenerative disc disease. It's unique design has an optional indentation that can be easily removed to create a flat back panel for post-surgical use.

THE FLAT BACK VERSION
Provides post-surgical lumbar sacral stabilization without any pressure on sensitive incision areas. It is indicated for patients following spinal fusion, decompression, or compression fractures of the lumbar spine.

HCPCS CODE L0631

HOW DOES THE LUMBAR-LOC LSO WORK?
When the strapping system is closed over the rigid anterior panel, it provides intra-abdominal compression and provides a lift to hold the weight of the abdominal area. By lifting and holding the weight, pressure is relieved from the lumbar discs reducing the associated pain. The posterior and anterior panels work together, giving opposing support to stabilize the lumbar-sacral region. The wide posterior panel provides increased lateral support and control. The result is a supported and pressure-free spine held in a healthy, correct posture.

RIGID POSTERIOR PANEL
The posterior panel provides post-surgical lumbar-sacral stabilization and lateral support without any pressure on sensitive incision areas. It is indicated for patients following spinal fusion, decompression, or compression fractures of the lumbar spine.

TENS Unit ProM-350 TENS Unit

What is TENS?
TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Stimulation. The TENS Unit is a battery-powered device that transmits a mild electric impulse through conductive self-adhesive electrode pads. The impulse is transmitted through the skin to underlying nerve fibers and muscles to modify the perception of pain. TENS is a safe and effective drug-free method of reducing pain that is in use by physicians and in pain clinics all over the world.

The TENS may be effective in helping to manage particular pain problems. The physiological reasoning is explained as follows:
  • Gate Control Theory
  • The Endorphin Theory
  • Nerve Block Theory
  • Pumping Effect
  • Placebo Theory
No matter what pain theory is applied, TENS is both safe and effective in pain management for many pain patients. Important: Discuss the proper use and application of the TENS unit with your physician before use.
